An Open Letter to my readers: Big Dreams, Bigger Gratitude

Hey there, Amazing Readers

In today's world of 10-second reels, not everyone has the stomach to spend 5-10 minutes with full focus to read something, that too when it's an article that may or may not be helpful to you. So, First and foremost, I must commend your patience in showing up here to spend some time in my office.

At my day job, every few months I have a one-on-one with my supervisor, to review my performance and to set up future goals. That gave me an idea of why I should not address you directly and have a heart-to-heart talk. After all, you are my "Supervisors" here. I truly appreciate the emails I receive from you with positive, negative, constructive, and destructive reviews. As we advance, I will write letters more often to strengthen this love affair.

It has been over a month since I embarked on this journey. It is surely a learning curve for me. I am fallible and bound to make mistakes. But I am committed to getting better and giving some meaningful content. It started as a hobby and another box ticked off my long-time desire to have my publication. Here I am, and the response I am receiving is overwhelming.

A friend asked me the other day, "What is fuelling your drive to write every week"? It is my satisfaction when I see how many people visited my blog last week. It gives me premium high-octane fuel to do something better the next time. Your presence here means the world to me, and I genuinely cherish our connection. It's people like you who keep me motivated and inspired every day. Even if it's a negative review, I genuinely thank you for considering me worthy enough of your time to find faults in me. Please do not stop doing it.

Exciting Plans Ahead

What excites me the most is that I have a canvas now. I can draw, write, and showcase to the world whatever and whenever I want. Instead of wasting time on overthinking and negative thoughts, now, I now think about new ideas. What can be done to make it more exciting and worth your time or how can I do it full time? Wow, that would be amazing if I can pull it off in future. But I am counting on you and looking forward to taking the next leap forward.

I've got some exciting plans in store for the future of this blog, and I can't wait to share them with you. I am developing some short and quick courses that can be helpful and relatable to a common man. Going forward, I'll be focusing on personalized content that caters directly to your interests and needs. Expect more interactive posts, tailored advice, and a wealth of information that is both engaging and informative. I am also planning to have some exclusive events or collaborations that will bring a whole new dimension to our community. Plus, stay tuned for some interactive features that will make your experience here even more engaging. Whether it's readers' spotlight or opportunities for you to share your stories, there's so much in my mind to look forward to. Together, we will make this next chapter the best one yet.

I am aware and fully prepared that there might be times when you will not like or agree with my take on some issues. But I would eagerly wait for your emails to get your take on them. When we start that chain of conversations, without any judgment, that's when the evolution starts.

There is a cutthroat competition in every sphere of life. We have to outshine others to be relevant. More important than being relevant is to stay relevant. It takes consistent efforts, fresh ideas and lots of research to be rated by the search engines.

Nevertheless, this blog is just an infant but the kind of nutrition you amazing readers are providing is quite enriching. I was prepared before the launch that I must maintain my patience because it will take some time before people knock on my door. But the traffic I am getting is more than expected in this initial phase. Who should the credit go- to you, my amazing readers.

Stay Positive and Inspired

Above all, it is important to keep your spark ignited. These are tough times when we always guard up to protect ourselves and keep adding to the pile of stress. That can lead to a breakdown. Life is filled with ups and downs and it's natural to feel discouraged at times, but together, we can navigate through anything. Let's keep spreading positivity and lifting each other. Remember, no matter what you're going through, there's always a bright side waiting to be discovered. Stay positive, hold on to the things that bring you joy and peace. Surround yourself with the things and people that inspire and uplift you. Do some contact list cleansing if you have to.

Find inspiration in the little things- a kind word, a nice sunset, or a moment of self-reflection. Do whatever it takes to get back on the track. But most importantly, you are not alone in this journey. You can also write an anonymous email to me and vent it out. I will be happy to correspond. Just remember, You are capable, resilient, and brimming with potential.
